This Privacy Policy covers SisuTech Systems (sisutechsystems.com) and all applications published by SisuTech Systems, including the Side Match mobile application for iOS and Android, and the Tito & Nana's Daycare mobile application for iOS.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

SisuTech Systems is committed to your privacy. The Side Match application and this website are designed to collect no personal information from users. Specifically:

• We do not require account creation or user registration
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information
• We do not collect location data
• We do not use advertising networks or sell data to third parties
• We do not use analytics services that track individual users
• We do not use tracking cookies on this website

2. Side Match Mobile Application

Data Storage

All data entered in the Side Match app — including player names and game scores — is stored locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to SisuTech Systems or any third-party server.

Data Transmission

The Side Match app does not transmit any user-entered data over the internet. The app may load fonts or other visual resources from third-party content delivery networks (such as Google Fonts) over standard HTTPS connections. No personal or scoring data is included in these requests.

Device Permissions

Side Match does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, or any other device sensor or storage beyond what is needed to save your preferences locally.

Haptic Feedback

The app uses your device's built-in haptic engine for tactile feedback. This is processed entirely on your device and no data is transmitted.

Data Deletion

All locally stored data (player names, preferences) can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the Side Match application from your device.

3. Tito & Nana's Daycare Application

Tito & Nana's Daycare is a private, invitation-only iOS application used exclusively by members of a single family. It is not publicly available and cannot be downloaded from the App Store by the general public.

Who Can Access the App

Access is restricted to individuals manually added by the app administrator. There is no self-registration. All users are known family members.

Data Collected

The app collects the following information, solely for the purpose of coordinating childcare within the family:

• User account information: name and email address
• Children's names and birth dates
• Childcare activity logs: meals, naps, diaper changes, play sessions, and health notes
• Photos taken or uploaded during activity logging
• Device push notification tokens (FCM tokens) for delivering real-time notifications to family members

Data Storage

All data is stored in a private, secured cloud database (Supabase) accessible only to authenticated family members. Photos are stored in a private cloud storage bucket. No data is sold, shared, or transmitted to any third party outside the family group.

Push Notifications

The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to deliver push notifications to parent family members when a childcare activity is logged. Notification content is limited to the activity type and child name. Google's privacy policy governs FCM message delivery.

Children's Data

This application is designed specifically to facilitate care of minor children within a private family setting. All data relating to children — including names, photos, and activity records — is accessible only to authenticated family members and is never shared outside the family group.

Data Deletion

Family members may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting the app administrator directly. All data can be permanently deleted from the database upon request.

4. This Website (sisutechsystems.com)

This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics purposes. If you contact us by clicking the email link on this site, your email client will open and any communication will occur directly via email. We do not log or store visitor information on this website.
